I believe it is a common(?) practice among cardiologists, when the heart is barely laying in the surgically opened chest, to temporarily shut it down by surrounding it with parts of freezingcold ice. Maybe a certain death-approaching (dream) state is reached... (idk..) Maybe, also, the tender roots (or echoes of a mushroom tale, for some?) from a folk song then enter those realms like it never did before. (act. beautiful song.)
